At Global Links Security Solutions, we stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our installation or service, we will work with you to make it right.
Installation Services
- If the installation does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, we will redo the work at no additional cost within 30 days.
- Any defective equipment will be replaced under manufacturer warranty.
- Service call charges are non-refundable once the technician has visited your site.
Equipment Returns
- Equipment can be returned within 7 days of purchase if unused and in original packaging.
- Installed equipment cannot be returned unless it is defective.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
Cancellation Policy
- Projects can be cancelled before installation begins with a full refund of any advance payment.
- Once installation has started, cancellation charges may apply based on work completed.
